ORDER PROCESSING:

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped for FREE within 2 - 4 business days of processing order using Royal Mail [ standard is 2 – 4 business days]. Flat rate shipping fee of 2.99 GBP is applicable for express deliveries selected during checkout, where orders are usually shipped within 1 – 3 business days of processing order. We do not ship outside of United Kingdom at this time.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount for the approved returns.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email or request a return us as soon as possible at info@mobile365.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
